Trust on ITSSOSO
How trust scores work, what they mean, and what they don't.
What Is a Trust Score?
Every anchor (business) on ITSSOSO has a trust score — a number from 0 to 100 that reflects the platform's confidence in that business's legitimacy, activity, and community standing. Trust scores are calculated automatically based on platform signals and are not manually assigned by staff.
What Affects Trust Score
Trust scores are influenced by: ownership verification status, account age and activity, community engagement, reaction sentiment, reported violations, and consistency of signals. Verified and claimed businesses with consistent activity generally score higher.
Trust Badges
Businesses that reach certain trust thresholds are awarded visible badges:
Active — Trust score 60+. Consistent platform participant.
Trusted — Trust score 75+. Established, verified, and community-recognized.
Elite — Trust score 90+. Highest standing on the platform.
What Trust Scores Don't Mean
A trust score is not an endorsement of a business's quality, products, or services. ITSSOSO does not verify the accuracy of business descriptions, menu items, hours, or other content beyond ownership and platform activity.
High trust scores reflect platform behavior, not real-world business quality. Always use your own judgment when engaging with any business.
Shadow Banning
Accounts that receive multiple confirmed reports or engage in policy violations may be shadow banned — their content remains visible to them but is removed from public discovery. Shadow banning is not announced and does not result in account deletion.
Disputing Your Trust Score
