3. Marketplace & Listings Abuse

Marketplace and directory listings must be accurate, honest, and lawful.

You may not:

• Sell prohibited or restricted goods
• List stolen or counterfeit items
• Manipulate pricing or availability deceptively

4. Messaging & Communication Rules

Messaging tools may not be used for spam, scams, harassment, or unsolicited advertising.

• No mass unsolicited messages
• No phishing or fraud attempts
• No abusive or threatening language

5. Platform Integrity

Users may not interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, stability, or performance of ITSSOSO.

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass access controls
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Exploit system vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer platform components

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their content, listings, communications, and interactions.

ITSSOSO does not pre-screen all content and does not guarantee accuracy, safety, or legality.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

ITSSOSO reserves the right to:

• Remove or restrict content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict platform access
• Cooperate with law enforcement

Enforcement decisions are made at ITSSOSO’s sole discretion.

8. Reporting Violations

Users may report violations of this Policy through the Report Abuse page.

9. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of ITSSOSO constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
