Acceptable Use
Rules for safe, honest platform use.
ITSSOSO is built for real local activity. These rules protect users, businesses, operators, and city trust.
1. Do not mislead the city
You may not post fake, deceptive, unauthorized, copied, misleading, outdated, or intentionally confusing information about a business, signal, event, marketplace listing, private room, price, timing, location, or availability.
2. Do not abuse ownership tools
You may not claim, edit, impersonate, or manage a business, brand, venue, location, or organization without authority. False claims may be rejected, reversed, investigated, or escalated.
3. Do not harm users or businesses
4. Do not manipulate discovery
You may not use fake accounts, duplicate content, scraping, bots, ranking manipulation, artificial engagement, hidden redirects, or deceptive boosts to influence discovery unfairly.
5. Restricted and prohibited activity
Content involving illegal goods or services, stolen items, counterfeit goods, hazardous items, exploitative activity, violence, sexual exploitation, hate groups, or other unsafe categories may be removed and may lead to account action.
6. Marketplace and off-platform safety
Users are responsible for safe communication, payment, pickup, fulfillment, and due diligence. ITSSOSO may remove listings or accounts that appear unsafe, fraudulent, or prohibited.
7. Enforcement
ITSSOSO may remove content, reduce visibility, block messaging, suspend accounts, reject claims, restrict uploads, preserve evidence, or take other action when platform integrity is at risk.
8. Report violations
