Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Visit itssoso.com/register and sign up with your email or Google account. It's free.
How do I claim my business?
Find your business on the discover page or map, click "Claim", and submit your ownership request. Our team reviews claims within 24–48 hours.
What is an anchor?
An anchor is your permanent business listing — your place in the city. It holds your name, location, description, and gallery.
What is a signal?
A signal is a live moment from your business — a happy hour, a special, live music tonight, a weekend event. Signals are time-aware and pulse-scored.
Discovery & Ranking
How does ranking work?
Businesses rank based on a combination of trust score, pulse score (recent activity), trending momentum, and boost status. Activity earns visibility — not ad spend.
What is a boost?
A boost temporarily amplifies your anchor or signal in the discovery feed and map. Free accounts get 3 boosts per month. Upgrade for unlimited.
Billing & Plans
Is ITSSOSO free?
Yes. The City Participant plan is free forever. Upgrade to Live Business ($29/mo) or District Operator ($79/mo) for unlimited boosts, priority discovery, and advanced tools.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing and cancel anytime. No penalties.
Technical Issues
I can't log in.
Use Forgot Password to reset your credentials. If the issue persists, contact support@itssoso.com.
Something looks broken.
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If the issue persists, report it here.
