Terms for using ITSSOSO.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using ITSSOSO, creating an account, submitting content, creating an event, joining a private room, claiming or managing a business, contacting a venue or provider, posting a Marketplace listing, sending messages, using a paid feature, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use ITSSOSO.

2. What ITSSOSO provides

ITSSOSO is a local discovery, event-operations, business, venue, event-service, Marketplace, messaging, and city-intelligence platform. Features may include Live Now, Discover, public Events, private Event Rooms, Places & Businesses, signals, maps, event planning, venue availability, event-service discovery, messages, business claims, dashboards, media, analytics, boosts, subscriptions, and support.

Unless ITSSOSO expressly states otherwise for a specific service, ITSSOSO is a platform provider and is not the underlying business, venue, host, organizer, caterer, DJ, photographer, seller, ticket issuer, transportation provider, security provider, employer, insurer, or guarantor of a third-party transaction or event.

3. Account eligibility and security

You must provide accurate registration information and protect your credentials. You may not impersonate another person or organization or access another user's account without authorization.

ITSSOSO is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, you may use features that create contractual or commercial obligations only with appropriate parent, guardian, or authorized adult involvement. Business claims and commercial representations must be made by an adult or authorized representative with legal authority to act.

4. Personal identity, Business workspaces, and authority

Every login begins with a Personal workspace representing a human user. A Business workspace represents a separate commercial or organizational identity. The same human login may manage multiple authorized workspaces, but actions taken as a business are attributable to that business workspace.

Business authority is separate from subscription entitlement. Paying for a plan does not prove ownership. Claim approval or management access does not transfer ownership of the real-world business.

5. Business profiles, venues, providers, and claims

You may claim or manage a business, venue, brand, organization, or provider profile only if you are authorized to represent it. ITSSOSO may request verification, reject or reverse a claim, limit management access, merge duplicates, correct location information, or preserve a platform-stewarded profile when appropriate.

Businesses must accurately represent whether they operate a physical location, mobile/service-area business, hybrid operation, event venue, event-service business, or both. Service areas must reflect places the provider actually serves and must not be used to create fake storefronts.

6. Public events

Public events are intended for public discovery. Organizers are responsible for truthful event identity, date/time, location, age rules, accessibility information, tickets or registration, capacity, permissions, licensing, safety requirements, cancellations, refunds when applicable, and timely updates.

Publishing an event on ITSSOSO does not mean ITSSOSO has inspected, licensed, insured, approved, or guaranteed the event unless ITSSOSO expressly states otherwise.

7. Private Event Rooms

Private Event Rooms are restricted planning spaces. Hosts are responsible for invite distribution, access codes, approvals, guest permissions, restricted media, private addresses, host instructions, event conduct, and compliance with applicable rules.

Do not place exact private addresses, access credentials, guest contact information, sensitive instructions, or other restricted information into public event-summary fields. A private room may have a limited public summary so invited users can locate it, while protected details remain access-controlled.

8. Venue booking and event-service commerce

ITSSOSO may help organizers discover venue spaces, availability windows, packages, caterers, DJs, photographers, rentals, bartenders, cakes, decor, staff, and other event services.

• Availability guidance is not a reservation. Venue holds, approvals, deposits, confirmations, and authoritative booking status control the venue relationship.
• A service request is not provider acceptance. Sending a request or opening a Messages conversation does not guarantee provider availability, price, acceptance, performance, or payment.
• Organizer labels are planning tools. “Considering,” “Booked · Organizer Tracking,” timeline tasks, checklist states, and similar host labels do not change a venue's or provider's authoritative commercial records.
• Budget summaries are estimates. Known prices, per-person calculations, minimums, starting prices, and TBD amounts are for organizer planning unless a provider or payment flow expressly identifies a final charge or invoice.
• Independent businesses remain responsible. Venues and service providers are responsible for their availability, scope, pricing, taxes, licensing, insurance, staffing, permits, refunds, cancellation terms, safety practices, and performance.

9. Marketplace

Marketplace listings are created by independent users or businesses. Unless ITSSOSO expressly provides a transaction service with separate terms, ITSSOSO does not own, inspect, store, ship, guarantee, or fulfill listed goods or services and does not promise refunds or dispute resolution.

Sellers must provide accurate, lawful listings and buyers should verify details, use safe payment and meeting practices, and follow applicable law. ITSSOSO may collect or verify seller information when required by law or platform risk controls.

10. Signals, discovery, ranking, and freshness

Signals are time-aware claims such as specials, deals, experiences, events, marketplace drops, availability, or other timely activity. They must be accurate, current, non-deceptive, connected to the correct identity and geography, and refreshed when appropriate.

ITSSOSO may rank, match, suppress, expire, boost, label, correct, merge, or remove content based on freshness, relevance, trust, city context, quality, sponsorship, safety, user preferences, availability, or other platform factors. No ranking position or discovery exposure is guaranteed.

11. User content and license

You are responsible for text, photos, flyers, logos, event information, business data, Marketplace listings, messages, reviews or reports, private-room content, and other material you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

You grant ITSSOSO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, index, analyze, moderate, distribute within the platform, and use your submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, market, and provide ITSSOSO. Public content may be used in public discovery and promotional surfaces; restricted private content should remain limited to the audience and operational purposes associated with that feature, subject to safety, legal, backup, and enforcement needs.

12. Copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. ITSSOSO may remove or restrict material that appears to infringe intellectual-property rights and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Rights holders may report suspected infringement through the Report an Issue or Contact page with enough information to identify the work and disputed material.

If ITSSOSO relies on U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe-harbor procedures, designated-agent information must also be maintained publicly and with the U.S. Copyright Office. The platform should not represent that a DMCA designation exists unless it has actually been registered and kept current.

13. Messaging and communications

Messaging may connect users, hosts, venues, providers, sellers, businesses, and support. Messages may not be used for harassment, spam, scams, threats, credential theft, unlawful transactions, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, or evasion of access restrictions.

ITSSOSO may process messages and metadata as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, prevent abuse, investigate reports, maintain security, and comply with law, subject to the Privacy Policy.

14. Paid plans, boosts, promotion, and billing

ITSSOSO may offer subscriptions, boosts, advertising, paid visibility, institutional plans, or other paid features. Paid participation does not guarantee sales, bookings, attendance, rankings, inquiries, or outcomes and does not override trust or safety rules.

Applicable prices, billing periods, renewal terms, limits, cancellation methods, refund terms, taxes, and processor terms should be disclosed in the relevant purchase flow. Additional product-specific terms may apply.

15. Advertising and endorsements

Businesses, creators, partners, and advertisers must make required sponsorship, endorsement, affiliate, paid-placement, or material-connection disclosures clearly and conspicuously. ITSSOSO may label boosted or sponsored content and may reject promotions that are misleading, unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, deceptive, or inconsistent with platform policy.

16. Automated systems and AI-assisted features

ITSSOSO may use automated ranking, matching, moderation, fraud detection, diagnostics, recommendation systems, or AI-assisted tools. These systems can make mistakes. Users should verify important information directly with the relevant business, organizer, venue, provider, seller, or official source.

Unless separately disclosed and legally supported, ITSSOSO's general discovery and event-planning tools are not intended to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, medical treatment, or other legally significant eligibility determinations.

ITSSOSO may investigate, correct, limit, suppress, remove, suspend, preserve, or terminate content or access when reasonably necessary for policy enforcement, user protection, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or security. We may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

19. Availability and changes to the platform

Features, routes, cities, plans, rankings, availability data, providers, integrations, or services may change, pause, or be discontinued. ITSSOSO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perpetual availability of any feature.

20. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITSSOSO is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee complete accuracy, uninterrupted service, safety of every real-world event, provider performance, venue availability, Marketplace quality, sales, attendance, commercial outcomes, or the correctness of every automated recommendation.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITSSOSO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; business interruption; third-party conduct; event injuries or cancellations; provider or venue disputes; Marketplace losses; or unauthorized user conduct arising from use of the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, business operators, organizers, sellers, providers, venues, and other users who use ITSSOSO commercially agree to be responsible for claims arising from their own unlawful conduct, content, events, goods, services, business representations, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights. This provision should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial enforcement.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the platform or law changes. Material changes should receive a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice or renewed acceptance. The effective date on this page does not change automatically each day.
