What Can You Report?

Inaccurate business information — Wrong address, hours, name, or description on a listing.

Inappropriate content — Signals, listings, or profiles that violate our community guidelines.

Fraudulent business — A business that doesn't exist or is misrepresenting itself.

Harassment or abuse — Messages or interactions from another user that violate our policies.

Technical issues — Bugs, broken features, or errors on the platform.

Copyright or intellectual property — Content that infringes on your rights.

How to Report

For the fastest response, use the 🚩 flag icon available on every business page, signal card, and marketplace listing. This submits a report directly attached to the relevant content.

What Happens After You Report

All reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Depending on the severity of the issue, we may remove content, restrict accounts, or contact the reported party.

We do not disclose the identity of the person who submitted a report.

Emergency Safety Issues

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (911) first. ITSSOSO is not an emergency response platform.
