Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're charged immediately and get access right away. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that your account moves to Free — your anchor and signals stay, just the paid features deactivate.
Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What's a boost?

A boost temporarily amplifies your anchor or signal in the discovery feed and map, pushing it higher in rankings for a set period. Free accounts get 3 per month. Live Business and above get unlimited.
Does my business have to be in San Diego?

What's the difference between an anchor and a signal?
