Trust Center
Trust means knowing who is acting, what is public, what is private, and what has actually been confirmed.
ITSSOSO connects discovery, events, private planning, businesses, venue availability, event services, Marketplace, messaging, and automated matching. Trust depends on keeping those boundaries explicit.
Personal identity is not business authority
Every user starts with a Personal workspace. Claiming or creating a Business profile is a separate authority step. A subscription does not create ownership rights, and a business claim does not make every action personal.
Business, venue, and provider truth
Businesses should use a canonical real-world identity. Physical locations, mobile service areas, and hybrid operation must be represented honestly. A mobile DJ serving San Diego does not become a fake San Diego storefront merely because the provider travels there.
Public events and private events are different systems
Public Event
Designed for public discovery. Organizers are responsible for accurate time, place, access, ticket/registration, age, accessibility, cancellation, and safety information.
Private Event Room
Designed for restricted planning. Public summaries should not expose exact private addresses, access codes, guest contacts, private messages, host instructions, or restricted media.
Venue and service relationships keep their own truth
Freshness and discovery quality
ITSSOSO may suppress stale, incomplete, cross-city, duplicated, deceptive, ownerless, unsafe, or unsupported content. Paid amplification does not convert stale or prohibited content into trusted content.
Sponsored and boosted content
Commercial amplification should be identifiable. ITSSOSO does not intend to disguise paid promotion as independent editorial or organic discovery.
Automated ranking, matching, and AI-assisted tools
ITSSOSO may use rules, scores, ranking systems, matching systems, moderation tools, diagnostics, and AI-assisted features to organize information and help users navigate the platform. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and should not replace direct verification for important venue, provider, safety, legal, financial, or event decisions.
Privacy rights and sensitive information
ITSSOSO separates public business/event information from account, message, guest, access, and restricted private-room information. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. See the Privacy Policy for request methods and applicable rights.
Reporting and enforcement
Users can report impersonation, inaccurate listings, doxxing, unauthorized private information, unsafe event content, suspicious Marketplace listings, harassment, spam, provider deception, copyright concerns, or other platform risk. ITSSOSO may investigate, restrict, remove, correct, suspend, or preserve records as reasonably needed for trust, legal, and safety purposes.
Trust is shared work.
Keep profiles and events accurate, protect restricted details, verify commercial commitments, and report what looks wrong.
