Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get access right away. When you downgrade or cancel, your paid features remain through the current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?

Your account moves back to the available free limits after the billing period ends. Your anchors and signals are not deleted just because you cancel, but paid features and expanded limits stop applying.
What is a boost?

A boost is a temporary visibility credit for a fresh signal, listing, event, or business surface. It helps amplify timely activity, but it does not replace freshness, accuracy, or trust.
Why is sponsorship more expensive than Live Business?

Live Business is a tool plan. Sponsorship is dedicated paid inventory, clearly labeled, reviewed, tracked, and scoped by city or district. It should not be priced like normal business software.
Does Live Business include video uploads?
▾
At launch, paid plans include video embeds and rich media URLs. Native video upload hosting is intentionally not included yet so ITSSOSO can avoid storage, moderation, and bandwidth risk before the system is ready.
Does my business have to be in San Diego?

No. ITSSOSO is city-agnostic. San Diego is a seed market, but the platform is designed around city slugs, district slugs, state codes, coordinates, and registry-driven geography.
What is the difference between an anchor and a signal?

An anchor is the place, business, seller, venue, or organization. A signal is what is happening now: a deal, event, special, experience, pop-up, available item, or timely reason to visit.
Will sponsored cards replace organic results?
▾
No. Sponsored cards must remain clearly labeled and limited. ITSSOSO should still reward fresh, accurate, active local movement first.
