Users are responsible for taking reasonable precautions, including but not limited to:

5. Transactions & Agreements

ITSSOSO is not a party to user agreements, contracts, or negotiations.

Payment terms, refunds, deliverables, and disputes are determined solely by the parties involved.

ITSSOSO does not mediate or resolve disputes between users.

Users are encouraged to resolve issues directly or through appropriate legal or dispute-resolution channels.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Harassment or abuse
• Illegal activities
• Threatening or dangerous behavior

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

8. Reporting Issues

Users may report abuse, unsafe behavior, or policy violations using the Report Abuse page.

Reports help improve platform safety but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITSSOSO is not liable for:

• User conduct

• Financial loss
• Property damage
