The ITSSOSO Marketplace enables users to list, discover, buy, sell, and offer products or services. ITSSOSO is a platform provider only and is not a party to marketplace transactions.

1. Independent Sellers & Buyers

All marketplace listings are created by independent users. Sellers and buyers act on their own behalf.

ITSSOSO does not own, manufacture, store, ship, or inspect listed items or services.

2. No Product or Service Guarantees

ITSSOSO does not guarantee:

• Product quality or condition
• Service performance or outcomes
• Accuracy of listings
• Availability or pricing

All listings are provided “as is” by the seller.

3. Payments & Transactions

Payment methods, pricing, refunds, and delivery terms are determined solely by the seller.

Unless explicitly stated, ITSSOSO does not process payments or hold funds on behalf of users.

4. Delivery, Pickup & Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for:

• Shipping or delivery
• Pickup arrangements
• Timelines and logistics

Buyers are responsible for verifying fulfillment details prior to completing a transaction.

5. Digital & Service Listings

For services, gigs, or digital offerings:

• Performance is the seller’s responsibility
• Scope and expectations must be clearly defined
• Disputes must be handled directly

6. Disputes & Refunds

ITSSOSO does not mediate marketplace disputes.

Refunds, cancellations, and disagreements must be resolved between buyer and seller.

7. Prohibited Marketplace Activity

Marketplace listings may not include:

• Illegal goods or services
• Stolen or counterfeit items
• Hazardous or restricted products
• Misleading or fraudulent listings

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Conducting due diligence
• Communicating clearly
• Using safe payment methods
• Meeting safely when applicable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITSSOSO is not liable for:

• Losses or damages from transactions
• Unsatisfactory products or services
• Missed deliveries or delays
• Disputes between users

10. Reporting Listings

Users may report suspicious or prohibited listings via the Report Abuse page.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of ITSSOSO constitutes acceptance.
