Marketplace listings are independent user and business activity.

1. Platform role

Unless a specific purchase flow expressly says otherwise, ITSSOSO provides listing, discovery, messaging, and visibility tools and does not own, inspect, warehouse, ship, guarantee, or fulfill Marketplace items.

2. Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for lawful ownership, truthful descriptions, condition, pricing, availability, fulfillment, taxes, warranties, pickup/delivery information, returns/refunds where applicable, and compliance with product and consumer-protection rules.

3. Buyer responsibility

Buyers should verify the item or service, ask questions, use appropriate payment methods, avoid suspicious requests, meet safely, retain records when useful, and decide independently whether to proceed.

Depending on how Marketplace transactions evolve, applicable law may require ITSSOSO to collect, verify, maintain, or disclose information about certain sellers and to provide a mechanism for reporting suspicious activity. ITSSOSO may implement additional seller-verification or recordkeeping requirements when legally required or reasonably necessary for trust and safety.

ITSSOSO should evaluate federal and state online-marketplace requirements, including the INFORM Consumers Act, if the platform processes transactions or otherwise meets statutory coverage criteria for high-volume third-party sellers.

6. Disputes

ITSSOSO may accept reports and restrict abusive accounts, but buyer/seller disputes generally remain between the parties unless ITSSOSO expressly offers a transaction, payment, protection, or dispute service with separate terms.
