This page outlines liability responsibilities related to events listed, promoted, or hosted through the ITSSOSO platform. By creating, attending, or interacting with events, you agree to the terms below.

1. Platform Role

ITSSOSO provides tools for discovering and promoting events. ITSSOSO is not the event organizer, venue operator, ticket issuer, or host unless explicitly stated.

Event listings are created and managed by independent users, organizations, or businesses.

2. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Event planning, execution, and safety
  • Venue selection and compliance
  • Permits, licenses, and insurance
  • Staffing, security, and crowd control
  • Accurate event descriptions and updates

Organizers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

3. Attendee Responsibilities

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Following event rules and instructions
  • Personal safety and conduct
  • Respecting venues, staff, and other attendees

Attendance is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.

4. Injuries, Accidents & Damages

ITSSOSO is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring before, during, or after an event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical injury
  • Property damage
  • Medical emergencies
  • Personal disputes

5. Cancellations & Changes

Event details may change or events may be canceled by organizers at any time.

ITSSOSO is not responsible for:

  • Schedule changes
  • Venue changes
  • Event cancellations
  • Refund decisions

6. Tickets & Payments

Tickets may be sold or distributed by organizers or third-party platforms.

  • ITSSOSO does not guarantee ticket validity
  • Refunds are determined by organizers
  • Payment disputes must be resolved directly

7. Third-Party Venues & Services

Events may take place at third-party venues or involve third-party service providers.

ITSSOSO assumes no liability for actions, omissions, or conditions related to third parties.

8. Prohibited Events

Events involving illegal activity, unsafe practices, or deceptive behavior are prohibited.

ITSSOSO reserves the right to remove events or restrict accounts without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITSSOSO disclaims liability arising from:

  • Event attendance
  • Organizer actions or omissions
  • Venue conditions
  • Ticketing disputes

10. Policy Updates

This Event Liability policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of event features constitutes acceptance.
