Real commercial identities need real-world accuracy.

1. One canonical identity

A profile should represent a real business, venue, organization, professional service, brand, or real-world location. Avoid duplicates and do not create a separate storefront profile merely to appear in another service city.

2. Claim authority

Only owners, managers, employees, agencies, or representatives with appropriate permission may claim or manage a profile. ITSSOSO may request verification, reject claims, reverse access, or preserve platform stewardship.

3. Physical, mobile, and hybrid operation

Physical Location means customers come to a real location. Mobile / Service Area means the provider travels to customers or event venues. Hybrid means both. Service-area cities must reflect actual operations and do not alter the canonical business address.

4. Venue businesses

Restaurants, banquet halls, hotels, bars/breweries, rooftops, outdoor venues, churches, community centers, galleries, warehouses, studios, coworking venues, performance spaces, clubs, casinos, recreation facilities, and other legitimate spaces may configure Event Venue capability.

Venue spaces should accurately state capacity, amenities, accessibility information, media, packages, availability rules, blackout/exception periods, pricing, restrictions, and venue-specific requirements.

5. Event-service providers

Caterers, DJs, live music, bartenders, cake/dessert businesses, decor providers, rental companies, photographers/videographers, event staff, and similar providers may configure Event Services capability. Offers should accurately state category, pricing model, guest range, inclusions, service area, availability expectations, and material limitations.

6. Venue + services

A business can offer both venue space and event services when both are real. Do not enable a capability simply to gain navigation, ranking, or visibility.

7. Media and intellectual property

Use images, logos, menus, flyers, and other media you are authorized to publish. Do not misrepresent another venue, provider, event, or brand through copied media.

8. Discovery and freshness

Public discovery may depend on fresh signals, current events, availability, active offers, media quality, and trust. ITSSOSO may suppress stale, duplicate, misleading, unsupported, or geographically inaccurate records.

9. Commercial responsibility

Businesses remain responsible for licensing, permits, taxes, insurance, worker classification, refunds, cancellations, safety, fulfillment, customer communications, and legal requirements applicable to their actual services.

10. Enforcement

ITSSOSO may edit, merge, suppress, unpublish, restrict, or remove profiles and offers that are duplicate, deceptive, unauthorized, unsafe, materially inaccurate, or policy-violating.
