Acceptable Use Policy
Use ITSSOSO without harming people, businesses, events, or the integrity of local discovery.
This policy applies across Personal and Business workspaces, public events, private Event Rooms, venue/service planning, Marketplace, messaging, media, claims, signals, automation, and paid promotion.
1. Be truthful about identity and authority
Do not impersonate people, businesses, venues, providers, organizations, or officials. Do not claim a business you are not authorized to manage. Do not create fake storefronts, venue locations, mobile service areas, reviews, event identities, or commercial credentials.
2. Keep public information accurate
Do not publish knowingly false or materially misleading event dates, prices, availability, capacity, business information, service areas, packages, signals, Marketplace listings, or sponsorship claims.
3. Protect private and sensitive information
Do not dox another person, expose exact private-event locations without authorization, publish access codes or invite credentials, scrape guest contact information, share restricted room media without permission, or use private messages to collect passwords, financial credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Do not abuse events or private rooms
Do not use ITSSOSO to coordinate unlawful activity, evade venue or access controls, misrepresent permits or safety arrangements, create deceptive ticketing, facilitate violence, threaten participants, stalk attendees, or deliberately expose a restricted event to people who were not authorized by the host.
5. Marketplace and commercial abuse
Do not list stolen, counterfeit, illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, or prohibited goods or services; manipulate prices or availability deceptively; request unsafe pickup behavior; or use event-service profiles to misrepresent licensing, insurance, staffing, fulfillment, or geographic coverage.
6. Messaging conduct
No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, phishing, unwanted bulk solicitation, repeated unwanted contact, credential theft, malware delivery, or attempts to move users off-platform for fraudulent purposes.

Do not upload photos, flyers, logos, music, text, or other media you lack the right to use. Do not falsely claim ownership of another party's brand or content.
9. Advertising and endorsements
Do not disguise advertising as independent content or conceal a material sponsorship, payment, affiliate, employment, or ownership relationship when disclosure is required.
10. Enforcement
ITSSOSO may remove content, restrict features, suppress discovery, suspend workspaces, reject claims, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, or comply with law.
